Dear Viking Warrior Families,

School starts August 15th and we are ready to kick-it off with fun events and the fall Read-A-Thon! The SSEF Board of Directors have been busy all summer planning for the annual fundraising gala, Boots & Bling, and remain dedicated to providing crucial financial support to the school. Money raised ensures the art, music and drama programs continue and our 5th and 8th graders get to attend overnight science camps at no cost to families.

SSEF also hosts school spirit building events like the Ice Cream Social, Color Run, School Carnival and Show of Shows and makes sure our teachers feel appreciated with special lunches throughout the year and $200 per classroom for décor and supplies.

We welcomed two new board members this July and are launching a Viking Volunteers group to manage smaller events throughout the year. To help reach our fundraising goals, we are asking families to DONATE JUST $25 to start the school year. These funds will support the amazing art, music, drama and enrichment programs at the school.
