In defiance of state and federal budget cuts which so often put our kids at the bottom of the priority list, SSEF invites the community to join us in declaring children’s enriched, multi-disciplinary education and development a top priority by supporting the BE ARTS SMART! campaign keeping music and the arts thriving at Solvang School.
Solvang School Education Foundation is dedicated to providing every student in the district a quality education with emphasis on the Arts. The foundation is primarily funded through donations. With the assistance of SSEF, Solvang School proudly offers vocal music with Orff instrumentation in grades K-4, dance in grade 3, band in grades 5-8, drama in grades 5-8 and art in grades K-8. SSEF has also been instrumental in supporting campus wide technology as well as helping our district realize the dream of our Science Discovery Center.
